Paint Prep & Application Process
Decontamination & Polish
Before applying a ceramic coating, the vehicle goes through a full decontamination and polish to ensure a clean, smooth surface for proper bonding. We thoroughly wash and chemically remove embedded contaminants, then clay the paint to eliminate anything remaining. Finally, we machine polish to remove light imperfections and enhance gloss, creating the perfect foundation for long-lasting ceramic protection.
Inspection
After the decontamination and polishing stages, we perform a detailed paint inspection to ensure the surface is fully prepped. Using proper lighting, we carefully check for any remaining contaminants, swirl marks, or scratches. This final inspection confirms the paint is clean, defect-free, and ready for the ceramic coating to bond properly and deliver maximum performance.
Coating Application
Once the paint is fully prepped and inspected, the ceramic coating is carefully applied by hand in controlled sections to ensure even coverage. The coating is leveled and inspected as it cures, creating a strong chemical bond with the surface. After proper curing, it forms a durable, high-gloss layer of protection that enhances shine, repels contaminants, and provides long-lasting defense against the elements.
